RETURN OF GOODS
Have you ever ordered several items and found some of them too large, not very likeable, or not what you had imagined them to be?
If you wish to return an item or the entire order, please complete the returns document, send an email regarding the return of items to admin@euklik.com, and send the package to the following address:

Information to be included in the email regarding the return of items:
name,
surname,
address,
postcode,
country,
ordered/recieved on (date) and
items to be returned.
When we will receive your returned items and your data for money transfer, we will return the purchase money to your current or Paypal account as soon as possible.
Euklik. guarantees the quality of goods with importer’s or producer’s warranty. Items have warranty if so stated in the warranty certificate. Warranty is valid if instructions in the warranty certificate have been taken into account and upon presentation of the invoice.
Warranty information is also contained on the page with the description of an item. If there is no information about warranty, the item does not have it or the information is currently unavailable. If latter is the case, a customer can contact the seller who will provide current information.
In case of malfunction due to incorrect use, negligent conduct, mechanical damage, or malfunctioning in cases of force majeure, warranty does not apply. Warranty also does not apply if goods show visible signs of handling by unknown and unauthorised persons, incorrect use, or negligent conduct.
If you are not satisfied with the ordered items, in accordance with the Consumer protection law you have the right to inform us within 14 days of receiving the goods (electronically, by telephone or via regular mail, whereby the deadline for the timely submission is the date of handing over the shipment in the post office ) that you are withdrawing from the contract.
You must return the products no later than fourteen days after the withdrawal from the contract. The full purchase price will be refunded if the product is unused, unwashed and in its original packaging.
If the product is found to be used, washed or without its original packaging, the purchase price will also be refunded and a claim for reimbursement of the reduced value of the goods will be made. When the product is being used or washed, the total value is reduced, as Kibuba d.o.o. does not sell second-hand products and thus the value of the second-hand product is zero.
The only cost you will have to bear are the direct cost of returning the goods. Refunds shall be deemed timely if the consignment is delivered within the prescribed time limit.
We will make refund for the returned items with the same payment method as you used to pay, unless you would like to use another payment method without incurring any additional costs for you.
We will return the money to you no later than 14 days after receiving the notice of withdrawal from the purchase, but we will withhold the refund if we do not receive the returned goods or the return receipt confirmation within the prescribed time limit.
You do not need to accept any shipments that do not comply with general terms and conditions of business. By agreement, goods can also be personally brought to any business unit of the company.
A complaint concerning a defect
A customer can make a complaint concerning a defect for any purchased product that either has or does not have warranty.
A customer can make a complaint concerning a defect with the seller within two months after discovering the defect or within two years after the goods were received by the customer. A customer can at his or her own choice request the following: (1) to correct the defect, (2) to have the purchase amount refunded in proportion to the defect, (3) to have the goods exchanged, (4) to have the purchase amount refunded.
When exercising rights with regard to defects, the customer must provide a detailed description of the defect in the notification for the seller and enable the seller to inspect the product. If the defect is unquestionable, the seller must comply with the customer’s request as soon as possible or within eight days at the latest. If the defect is questionable, the seller must provide the customer with a written reply within eight days.
